7. Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom-made and commissioned artworks are created specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Before production begins, the customer may be required to approve details such as:

Once work has commenced, changes may not always be possible.
Custom and commissioned artworks are generally non-refundable as they are created specifically for the customer.

After reviewing the case, we may offer an appropriate solution, including a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Damage claims submitted after the required reporting period may not be accepted.
